I have tested the Kommit towing system with several bikes and children – and this much I can say in advance: 5 stars and a clear recommendation to buy. Installing it under the saddle is child's play. One small drawback is that sometimes there's a bit of a rattling against the saddle. On my first ride with my 9-year-old son (both on carbon road bikes), I had to resort to the Kommit solution after 30 kilometres. The rope is easy to attach to the stem and always stays stretched.
